Hacienda Guachipelin Adventure Tour is the only one of its kind in Guanacaste. It takes you into a steep canyon over a turbulent river, where you will zipline, rappel and rock climb, cross hanging bridges and ride Tarzan swings. Hacienda Guachipelin ziplines start with a short walk from the adventure center to the first canopy platform, where the excitement begins.

At Hacienda Guachipelin Combo Tour you can count on 12 zip line cables, 24 platforms, 2 climbing walls, a hanging bridge, “via ferrata” (cable) rappel, Tarzan swings, and exhilarating adrenaline!. Plus, you’ll enjoy seeing a wide variety of vegetation and wildlife.

Guachipelin Adventure Day Pass takes you later to the Rio Negro Tubing Adventure. You will head out from Hacienda Guachipelin by horseback ride (or you can also go by vehicle transport). After a 45-minute ride through the forest, you arrive at the departing point where we’ll get ready for our river tubing adventure.

After a short briefing about safety on the river, there is a walk to the foot of the Victoria Waterfall, where our tubing adventure begins. Enjoy life bouncing down Rio Negro’s crystal clear and fun rapids in your individual rafting tube. Your guides will be riding down with you to ensure your safety.

Hacienda Guachipelin Combo Tour ends with a visit to the hot springs settled right in the middle of the rainforest. Relax in the mineral waters and take a volcanic mud bath to soothe your body after a day full of unforgettable experiences.

Hacienda Guachipelin Cancellation Policies

Tours reserved less than 48 hours before departure must be paid immediately.
Cancelations made 72 hours before the tour are 100% refundable, and bank fees apply.
Cancelations between 72 – 48 hours are 50% refundable. Bank fees apply.
Cancelations made within 48- 24 hours or less are not refundable.
Non-Shows and last-minute cancellations are not refundable.
Change of date must be done at least 48 hours before the tour, during office hours (8 am-5 pm). Penalties apply. Subject to availability.
We do not accept guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will apply.
Driver and Tour Guide Tips are not included.
If for some natural disaster, or human manifestation we have to cancel the tour, this will be rescheduled for a day of your convenience, or we will make the pertinent money refund. Clients’ safety is a priority for us.
We are not responsible for any luggage or personal valuables lost or damaged during the tour. Please take care of your belongings along the tour.
